Rebranding

The new brand for Mount Saint Vincent Alumni has been a work-in-progress over the course of almost a year. In the early part of 2020, the office of University Advancement and Alumni Engagement set out to freshen up the visual identity of Mount Saint Vincent Alumnae and inject new energy into the 35,0000 member community.

 

Our first step in this process was to consult with our stakeholders. A survey was distributed to our database of approximately 14,000 to gather input into what memories stood out for our alumni related to Mount Saint Vincent’s identity, campus and educational journey and what insight they could give us to design a brand that made us all feel part of the alumni family. With a 19% response from a vast range of alumni with wonderful comments, stories and the answers to our questions helped guide us in this rebrand. 

The survey data along with consultation of several groups representing a cross-section of the Mount Saint Vincent community helped guide the next phase - the visual design.

 

We were proud to launch the new brand of Mount Saint Vincent Alumni for 2021 to glowing reviews.
