Guardian Drugstore Loyalty Project
As the agency of record for AMP Guardian who helped them transform to a new retail banner, we knew other changes needed to accompany the change-over. In Canadian retail, you need a loyalty program to retain customers. Studio 11 helped AMP and their national banner partner create a loyalty program that would work for customers and be able to compete in a very aggressive marketplace.
Studio 11 was able to take a complex offer and use our writing skills, visual design prowess and understanding of how to communicate to various publics to build on the Guardian Rewards program and introduce it to the Maritime marketplace up against some very stiff competition.
We designed a fresh, new look that captured attention in-store, trained staff to make the offer at the cash and worked with the stores to build a database of customers who we could continue to communicate with.
Our campaign caught the attention of the Guardian national office and more importantly, drugstore customers throughout the Maritimes. We continue to work on this program today as we build on a strong, loyal base of customers who keep coming back to the drugstores we helped.
